Learn about our ambassador training program
and become our creative partner!
1: Introduction
In the first video, viewers meet Beige’s passionate CEO Kawser Khan who shares the company’s journey from its Los Angeles beginnings in 2017 to its current rapid expansion. He warmly welcomes new Creative Partners into the Beige community, explaining how they’ll work on diverse projects ranging from commercials and weddings to music videos. Khan emphasizes that while technical skills matter, what Beige truly values is reliability, professionalism, and each partner’s unique creative perspective. He reminds viewers that as Creative Partners, they become the face of Beige to clients, making their role crucial to the company’s continued success.
2: ACCEPTING A SHOOT
The second video walks through the practical steps of reviewing and accepting shoot opportunities. Creative Partners receive project details via email or SMS from their dedicated project manager, covering everything from event type and location to dates and timing. For interested partners, the process flows through several key stages: confirming availability, signing the necessary contract, receiving comprehensive Shoot Guidelines, and joining a Pre-Production Meeting. These Google Meets sessions bring together the client, Beige’s Client Success team, and project managers to align on equipment needs, develop shot lists, and address special requests. The video highlights that these meetings also provide the perfect opportunity for Creative Partners to contribute their own artistic ideas while establishing open communication channels with project managers—especially important for handling any last-minute changes.
3: DAY OF SHOOT
This video focuses on delivering excellence while on location. Beyond the fundamentals of punctuality and professional communication, it offers practical guidance for capturing stunning visual content—including techniques for 4K video and photography, creating varied shot compositions, maximizing natural lighting, and ensuring crystal-clear audio. The video acknowledges that unexpected situations inevitably arise and provides strategies for working smoothly with Project Managers to resolve issues without disrupting the client experience. One highlighted responsibility is capturing valuable client testimonials toward the end of each shoot and gathering feedback to share with the project team. These practices not only satisfy current clients but create the kind of exceptional experiences that generate repeat business and new opportunities.

Let me share some quick guidelines that will help you succeed as a BEIGE Creative Partner!

DO promote BEIGE (and get rewarded for it), speak to clients with respect and professionalism, bring your enthusiasm and creativity to every shoot, communicate promptly with your Project Manager, wear your BEIGE merch proudly, and practice good hygiene.

DON’T promote your personal brand while on a BEIGE shoot, dress or behave unprofessionally, or work under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Always be sensitive and respectful of client privacy based on the type of shoot you’re handling.
Following these simple principles will help you represent BEIGE at the highest level and build strong relationships with our clients!
4: AFTER THE SHOOT
The final video covers post-production responsibilities and payment procedures. After completing a shoot, Creative Partners upload and organize their footage through a Google Drive link from the Post-Production Team—ideally within one day but no later than two days after wrapping. The video explains important organizational requirements: separating videos and photos into distinct folders, avoiding compressed zip files, and verifying complete transfers. For payment, partners receive a Quickbooks invitation for Direct Deposit ACH setup after signing their contracts. Once footage is approved, they submit detailed PDF bills to the Accounting Team, with payments processing within two weeks. The video also covers protocols for handling overtime billing or expense reimbursements through Project Managers and provides contact information for payment-related questions.
